Mercur Contracting was formed with the following mission in mind: to provide stream-lined oilfield servicing to the Fort St. John & Peace River Region with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
We are proud to provide Oilfield Servicing support to a growing group of valued customers throughout British Columbia, Alberta, and beyond. Our team always ensures our customers are #1.
Family-Owned & Operated
In March of 2006, Mercur Contracting was started by husband and wife team Curtis & Laura Bueckert. Since the beginnings, supporting their then family of three, Curtis and Laura put all of their time and dedication into creating a successful Hotshot & Picker Service business.
To-date, Curtis now manages a skilled team of drivers and operators who service a variety of clients throughout B.C. and Alberta. Mercur’s service offerings have grown to now offer: Picker & Oilfield Hauling Services, Vegetation Management, Hotshot Services, Skidsteer Services, and an array of Rental Solutions.
Curtis and Laura currently live in Fort Saint John, B.C. along with their four growing children.
The Mercur Team
Trained & Certified
The Mercur Contracting Team is fully trained and certified in COR, Dangerous Goods, H2S, and WHMIS. All drivers are licensed in British Columbia, the Northwest Territories, and Alberta. Mercur is insured for 250 miles and beyond.
